To be more efficient and effective

Some people wasted a lot of time just to do few things that are very simple. When come to the later stage, they may think I could have done this and that. In fact, it is true. But why didn't they do it before it happened?

They feel that time is still with them? They got all the time in the world?
They couldn't think of a better way before that?
They just wanna stay in their comfort zone and procrastination happened?
They didn't firm and discipline enough?

Whatever it is. Success person manage time efficiently and effectively. Even few things are done but they can do it in the most shortest possible time and produce maximum amount of result.

Where goes the passion in job?

Everything that we do, if there's no passion, the rate of achieving long term success is as close as it could get with the rate of winning the ultimate lottery. Is passion is just everything in getting on with the life that we want?

If one got no passion in job, is it just wasting one's time? Is it because of no other choice that we need the salary to live a 'better' life that we need to surrender ourself with the job that we don't like?

Perhaps if we change to another angle, can we stimulate passion to the job that we are doing it right now? If the answer is yes, then will all the failures deter the passion that we build up and finally worn it all away?

The action now is to bring out the passion no matter in what kind of worse situation: humiliate by peoples, scold by people, failed in doing something, etc... Whatever happened, the passion must not be lost, not only that the severity of failure might be able to minimize but also the ability to keep up the pace will be there...always...

Forgetten about habits

Time together with changing of thoughts can really make a person forgot about the habits that he or she used to have. No matter the habits are good or bad... What can changed a person thought in this world? And when it change how to make sure that those good habits are retained even though some of the things in life had changed.

Discipline is one of the key. Successful persons need discipline? or just passion is enough? and is preservation consider as one of the discipline? In the end, what is right and what is wrong about this? No one knows... no one may ever know...

Brain Power

Everyday in our life, how much of brain power has we consume? and how much of it actually utilised on pragmatic things? Do we actually know our brain enough and understand the correct technique to use it? We see some peoples doing some stupid things and some people can really think of smart ideas. What differentiate them is the technique to manipulate the power of the brain.

Before we able to use the power of it correctly, we must make sure that we nurture it well to make sure that's it's in tip top condition. Without that, it will be hard for it to function well without us pushing it hard. Even we push it hard, it may never reach the full potential of it.

Few ways to nurture the brain includes:
1. Have quality rest
2. Keep it function by maintaining the right amount of pressure that able to bring pleasure
3. Confident and encourage it even though mistakes were made from it
4. Expose it into different sort of environment after certain period of time in the same environment (Break off from routine once in a while)
5. Giving it knowledge by using the relevant input methods, ex: books, movies, experience, etc...

Few techniques of manipulating the brain includes:
1. Practice logical thinking
2. Build up the correct habits to stamp it into sub-concious mind
3. Turn the emotional lane of 'low road' in synchronization with 'high road'
4. Be open about the possibility, nothing is impossible
5. Always ask thing in this sequence: why>how>what

What is happiness?

What is happiness for human? If we don't have other emotions like mad, sad, worry, etc. will we feel happy? Is there such a thing that really can be human happy forever and ever without other emotions in between?

I think the answer is no because this is the nature of being human. As human, what we can do is pro-long the happiness time as long as possible and in as many different occasions as possible and reduce the sadness as short as possible and in as fewer occasions as possible.

Different emotions that experienced in different occasions will make us learn more about how to get more happiness in life.

Having said that, there's one quote as below:

Always Positive

Is always thinking positively a good habit? Most people would answer yes.

Positive thinking always make people believe there is still hope. there's happiness. Less stress on tension hormone. Happy people tend to live healthier and look younger.

Positive thinking shouldn't be equal to complacency. With positive thinking more actions should be taken rather than avoiding complacency where we are worrying this and that.

we should always avoiding complacency by come out with positive thinking.

Illusion?

Many things are illusion. What is real is not real and what is fake is fake.
Just look through it and we shall find the truth behind.
With the truth of 'nothing', the ultimate highest wisdom will be achieved.
Everyone has their own path and way of finding the 'truth', some time must be spent on thinking.
Thinking blindly bring us nothing of the 'nothing', thinking wisely bring us something of 'nothing'

A little bit of thinking achievement here and there bring us to the top of wisdom in life.

There's always hope

If there's one thing to believe in human life, it must be believing that there's always hope...

With better imagination, resource finding, hard work and of course a bit of luck, hope can be realized...

In the old days, the scope of hope was mostly started or found within the physical networking of peoples. This may still is the case today but it is slowly fading away...

In the near future, scope of hope will be shifted onto the internet and most of the things will be starting here...
Imagination means what are the deliverable...
Resource finding means find the right way to do it online...
Hard work means how much effort to put in...

'Through Internet' may not be the most important of the process to achieve our dream but it will be the place of starting...

Why is it seems like product that have the most user will consider to be the best?

Of course you can't sell much iPad in places that without any wifi or mobile signal coverage but purchasing power lies with the people that stay within the area that got those services and they are willing to fork out money to pay for the premium price...

So, it's not necessary that product that owned by most users in the world is consider as the best...

Information vs Knowledge

Information and knowledge is 2 different things are the same thing? As we can easily have all the information with our finger tips today, is knowledge still important to us? Or is it rather the way to find the relevant information is more important to us?

I would say the way to manage the information is important to us as there are just too many information out there... There are many ways to manage information. Way to find them, way to store them, way to arrange them, way to access them when they are in need, etc...

As time goes by, knowledge has become less and less important (although it's still handy at times) as more and more knowledge has become 'information'. 

Things that couldn't changed much is experience and technique of human art to invent or innovate. Having said that, those computer animated movies are just as stunningly pretty.

As long as we can manage the innovation trend of everything, we are ok...

Happy Chinese New Year

Chinese new year had just passed and I haven't been writing anything for more than a month... During this Chinese New Year, most of the topics I came across when chatting with people are about internet technology revolution... People talked about how creative people using those internet technology and how they complement it with the available electronic gadgets that they have...

However, I found out that some people knew about something that's happening and available for them on the internet but they don't really use it or perhaps don't really go and explore it. They just heard from people how those things work but they never really tried it out... Perhaps that's why we are still some distance away from being a developed country. We are not even quick enough to follow the foot step, let alone create a new route to being the leader.

Of course most of the internet innovative stuff come from the US at the moment and using them make people think that we are actually creating the market for the US. But if we don't join in, are we capable of moving forward ourself?

I think we should join in and use them as a stepping stones for us to achieve another more advancing route...

Humanity (Earthquake in Haiti)

Recent earthquake in Haiti is indeed devastating for the citizens living there. The natural disaster had claimed close to 200,000 human life... I really know very little about this small country except that heard a bit it's an small island that was ruled by some leaders who practice dictatorship...
The condition over there is really bad indeed... It's like a whole country has been destroyed... Houses are gone, no clean food and water, no electricity, all communication network broken down... How scary is that? We should really feel lucky in Malaysia as we are staying outside the earthquake radar...
The United States once again had shown the leadership in helping disaster struck countries... Some peoples may said they are trying to gain some advantages by doing this... But who cares? Peoples need help here and as long as they are helping, it's better than those that just standing there and doing nothing but criticizing people who is helping.
For me, humanity is the bottom line of human life. All religious are associate with humanity except for those that practice extremism like terrorist act.
For the people in Haiti and for every life that show humanity in this world, let's pray and hope...
1. Hope they can gain strength to recover from this.
2. Hope the dead victims may rest in peace.
3. Hope world leaders could put humanity as priority to protect our environment before it's too late

Let's do our part by promoting humanity in every possible aspects in our daily life to make our world and our earth a better place...

KISS online

Most of the things have become brief and short in today information technology revolution world. People want to get all the most beneficial information in shortest time and complete almost as many tasks as they can online and most importantly in the shortest possible time as well.

Articles that are long no longer appeal to audiences online. Most audiences prefer visual or graphical treat rather than reading long essay. Is this the correct way of things going on? Less and less people prefer to read long articles except that the writer has got some reputation in writing things. Otherwise, it's better to keep it short and simple(KISS) to appeal to the 'online' audience. That's why someone came out with the 'Twitter'. 'Really Simple Syndication' (RSS) has also become more and more popular.

That's why things that written in point form has become easier for the communication to pass through compare with any other form.

May be we should follow that as well because there aren't many people going to read articles that are long and worse still if the graphical treat is bad.

That's why I should stop here to make it short and pretty.

Heroes

In this universe, heroes existence is a must to make our life become more excited. Without heroes, life will be boring. Why? Because human needs surprises and we know that heroes will always defy against all the odds and bring us surprises. They will never fazed even they were to face the most daunting tasks for normal human beings. So, who are the heroes? Superman? Spiderman? or perhaps Batman?

In order to get the answer, first question to ask, what are the types of heroes that are popular today?
Here are few important one:
1. Charismatic

2. Cool, Calm and Gentle

3. Intellectual

4. Visionary

5. Extraordinary gifted talent

Second, what are the characteristics that heroes posses to transform them to become what they are?
1. Brave
2. Kind (Humanity)
3. Incredible rightness preservation
4. Strong determination (Never give up)
5. Ability to take action (Always find the way)

Everyone may defines hero differently but I think all the answers listed in second question is a must for someone who became a hero. Those are the foundation to build up the true characteristics of heroes. Basically, it's part of the characteristics needed to be a good leader.

As for answer in the first question, it's what make the heroes shine. It's the source of their aura to stimulate your adrenaline rush. You could hardly find heroes that posses 2 types of characteristics together except for heroes in point no.5 (Extraordinary gifted talent is born-to-be) . It's that boldness of that one characteristic of the heroes that make them raise to the top. Meantime, it could also easily be their weakness for their risk to encounter downfall if they don't manage it properly.

That's why in order to become an 'sustainable' hero, one need to be always have open mind, listen to people criticism with open heart and willing to step up to another standard after with the injection of these inputs.
