Always Positive



Is always thinking positively a good habit? Most people would answer yes.

Positive thinking always make people believe there is still hope. there's happiness. Less stress on tension hormone. Happy people tend to live healthier and look younger.

Positive thinking shouldn't be equal to complacency. With positive thinking more actions should be taken rather than avoiding complacency where we are worrying this and that.

we should always avoiding complacency by come out with positive thinking.

By worrying this and that, we have the mindcept of thinking of precautions. Everything have to be in balance coz there is no perfect in a single thing in this world..everything hav pros n cons.
The answer for 'Is thinking positive is a good habit?' - not really...
By 'ALWAYS' thinking positive could b lead to complacency.

But if you don't have the solution yet for something negative that could happened. Keep worrying this and that also useless ma.

Fo rexample if u go travelling, instead of thinking how fun its going to be, are you going to think the plane going to crash?ing top

By thinking negative that could happend is to get a better solution among few suggestions n opinions. By not worrying this and that, action done with the very first thinking cross in mind, sometimes this is what ppl call 冲动...

Example for going travel, ppl who have the positive and negative thinking, surelly wil think of brining jacket? umbrella? medicine? ... Its all for precautions...
By thinking all these, doesnt mean they couldnt get fun from travelling yet they even can avoid the worse situation that might happened.

So is good to have both thinking, instead of just positive thinking...

Both way is good. Think of negative which we can take pre-caution is good. But more positive will make our life happier.

Negative that got no solution should be put aside.
