STATE OF FREEFLOW VS ORGANIZED

Sometimes you have the feeling that you are unorganized. Sometimes you have the feeling of too organized. In many situation, organized is and will always be better than unorganized. Organized means you follow the routine and things are setup to be done within a proper schedule. When the things are done, goals will be met. Unorganized on the other hand means you do not have plan and just let things happened as it is. You only react to what happened instead of controlling what are the possible things to happen. 

People that are organized will always have higher chance of not only getting thing done but getting them done efficiently. Unorganized people on the other hand always satisfy or feel unnecessary to stay organized as they think that things are meant to be anyway, so why bother. Eventually, things fall apart and you have to act to many things that happen in life. May be at that time you will feel that you just keep moving, things would not be better anyway. This is a pathetic and irresponsible thought of managing one's life.

There are also situation where organized people are too organized until a stage where they do not know what they are doing are really the right things or not. They are running out of ideas and activities to be added into their routine or to do list. Eventually they have self doubt and things fell apart as well. 

So, what needs to be done then? What's the ultimate way of handling this? 

Stay Organized, have a clear Goals. It's ok to becomes un-organized at certain time, I'd call it free flow thought moment. But it has to be constraint to only a very short period of time and at that time, don't care much about the goals but avoid reactiveness. Still take control and be proactive and begin your adventures of exploration. See what are other paths that possibly exist. If it leads you no where, that's fine, return back to organized state and continue to pursue the goals. But if it leads to somewhere, leverage it with the current goals and RE-organized again. 

This my friend will make sure that you progress life in optimized perspective the best you can no matter what the situation is.

IMPULSE VS INSTINCT

Sometimes wait is the good thing to do when it comes to spending but sometimes it's not. The judgement is very important here. Sometimes impulse hold you back from proper judgement. Sometimes you just need the thing and you pulled the trigger. Just be satisfy and enjoy what you got which is still more than enough. 

I think I should probably stick to my own plan here instead of being forced to do something. Again impulse sometimes is not good. But I have to say so far, I'm good with the impulse and still think that it's a good judgement. 

You need to be able to differentiate between instinct and impulse sometimes. Instinct need to be fact base and it has to be happened fast. Impulse is emotional base although it also happened fast. So always, instinct over impulse.

SPRINT VS MARATHON


When you faced disappointment on competing with others, you tends to think that you have something else better and you should be grateful that someone else is worse than you. The other way to think of it is that, it's human life, there are other thing that are more precious than competition result with others. But the thing is these are all thinking that is close ended.

What's the problem with close ended thinking? Well, it makes you stopped. It makes you accept it's what it's without motivation to move on. To me, this is not what human life supposed to be. Human life is about advancement and excel.

So, the correct thinking must be remind yourself that this is a Marathon. It isn't over until it's over. You need to keep finding ways, keep trying different methods that may failed but without severe consequences and able to project you sharply up the learning curve. That's what human life should be. Continue to strife, it's part of the way to survive.

It's always a Marathon!

BODY MESSAGE THAT ALSO AFFECT MIND ALTHOUGH NOT NECESSARY SOUL



Sometimes your body is trying to tell you something and it's up to you to do something about it. You need to do something about it before it's too late. It's a message that something is about to happen so try to heed the caution.

When body is not in good condition, it tends to affect the mind as well which is not good. Body, Mind and Soul needs to work together to provide a clear vision on where to go. 

If one of the broken, you can only focus on short term and the short term agenda has to include getting back to the right track.

PARTNER LIFE


Sometimes I wonder what makes a good life with partner. The good photos of partners I always see on facebook and advertisement, are they real or just merely illusion? I wanted what happen to myself would be different but looks like in reality it's not. They always say you need to change yourself so that you can change others. But isn't it that the others should also accept who you are as long as you do not do any harm to someone else intentionally?

I do think that may be I should change myself but in the process will it be like very pressurize until I lost myself? I certainly don't want that to happen.

It's a difficult question to find the answer indeed. But one thing for sure, I'm going to always do my best. Whether it's for changing or any other thing, as long as you keep telling yourself that you have did the best, there's shouldn't be anything to worry about.

What going to happen will happen anyway if you already did your best! Don't lost yourself.

PRUDENT AS A WAY OF LIFE


Prudent is a good habit but it seems to be quite hard to cultivate in this era where online shopping and digital economy is the norm. You don't know how much you have spent until your credit card statement arrived at the end of the month. And if you are able to pay the bill, you probably also won't feel anything about not being prudent.

Prudent is about getting the things that you only need and not the things that you want. Should this be the way of life? I think the answer is yes when you see some other people couldn't even live a normal life. Those money that you spent on items you want could have been the life saver for someone else. When you spent, you get the satisfaction of getting the item.

But, moving forward, please also think about some people that couldn't even get through their daily life normally before spending. Think of how their life would have been easier with the money that you spent on those items.

Another school of thought to be practised.

BONDING TIME SPENDING WITH LOVES ONE


When we are spending time with loves one, be it parents, wife, children. Sometimes we tend to have the feeling of not being present. May be it's because of the technology advancement today that let us connected all the time no matter where you are and what you are doing. Whenever there's festive session, the ads also showed that typically the family members just browsing their own devices although they gathered together in the same space. This is a common problem in this modern age.

So, in order to avoid getting into this trap. The subconscious mind has to be trained. When you are with your loves one, pay attention. Tell yourself that I'm here for bonding. To use part of my limited human life to gain something more meaningful with other human beings instead of worrying missing something latest that happening around the world which probably will not affect you much in short term.

Should you set a time limit on this? Yes, of course because everyone also has their own story even though you are part of the important characters in their stories. But actually you don't have to set the time, the event will set the time by itself to make you fully realized the potential of the bonding.

So next time, when someone trying to get your attention especially your loves one. Please train your subconscious mind to evaluate and shift the attention because something you are doing is not worth it over creating bond with the person.

POWER OF FOCUS [IT'S TIME TO WRITE AGAIN]

I'm back in writing again. All thanks to this new keyboard that I bought. It's not a waste of money to buy a new keyboard after all. At least it keeps my writing appetite going.

I intend to get this started again and with a focus objective. The focus objective is to write down a lesson of life in every new post from now on wards. This is not a diary. It's a lesson learned in life.

If there's one thing I learned from playing game, I think it's the power of focus. With the power of focus, it can get you through to the end. You may face obstacles along the way but as long as the will power is strong, you will get through it. It's a matter of putting in the time. But you need to ask yourself also, what do I gain from this persistent of focus. Do you enjoy the focus? or it's just a waste of time? If it's the latter, bail out is absolutely a good way.

This can be applied on any other things that you want to achieve in life. When you focus on it, ask is it something that you enjoy? and then follow by is this something that you will gain when you get through it? If the answer for latter is yes, then learn to enjoy the focus, make it a habit. With that, you will continue to move on to the next level.
