What is happiness?
What is happiness for human? If we don't have other emotions like mad, sad, worry, etc. will we feel happy? Is there such a thing that really can be human happy forever and ever without other emotions in between?
I think the answer is no because this is the nature of being human. As human, what we can do is pro-long the happiness time as long as possible and in as many different occasions as possible and reduce the sadness as short as possible and in as fewer occasions as possible.
Different emotions that experienced in different occasions will make us learn more about how to get more happiness in life.
Having said that, there's one quote as below:
“Happiness is like a butterfly: the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder…”– Thoreau

Always Positive
Is always thinking positively a good habit? Most people would answer yes.
Positive thinking always make people believe there is still hope. there's happiness. Less stress on tension hormone. Happy people tend to live healthier and look younger.
Positive thinking shouldn't be equal to complacency. With positive thinking more actions should be taken rather than avoiding complacency where we are worrying this and that.
we should always avoiding complacency by come out with positive thinking.
